Johnny America cover illustrator Patrick Giroux has spent over a decade on a series of prints exploring Kansas landmarks, from the State House in Topeka to “Big Brutus,” the sixteen-story electric shovel in West Mineral. The prints are gorgeous, but they look difficult to mail, and your J. A. Order Fulfillment Representative is quite lazy. This magnet gathers a few of his Lawrence landmarks and shrinks them down small enough to slide right into an envelope and out onto your refrigerator door.
